- 3 cups of dry tea or butter cookies
- 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 4 cups Mascarpone cheese
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup confectioner’s sugar
- 4 cups of Nutella
Finely chop the cookies using a mixer and melt the butter in a small saucepan. on the Mix the two ingredients in a bowl. Pour into a greased springform pan and press down to form an even crust.
Add the Mascarpone, heavy cream and sugar to an electric mixer and whip until you have a smooth creamy batter. Spread the batter over the cookie crust. Finally spread a generous layer of Nutella over the top. Place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours before serving. Remove from refrigerator and garnish with crushed hazelnuts or almonds.
